Rita Crepeau 90, of 218 Pond St. died Thursday at the Friendly Home. She was the wife of the late Raymond Crepeau. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Raoul and Dorilla (Champoux) Daignault. Mrs. Crepeau was the chief bookkeeper for Production Equipment Co in CT for seven years, she also worked for Attn. James M. S. Ullman in Meridan, Ct for many years. Rita was a member of the Park View Manor Club.
She is survived by two sons Raymond Crepeau of Mesa AZ, and Ronald Crepeau of NY, NY; four sisters, Claire Lorange, Cecile Sauvageau, and Theresa Kennedy all of Woonsocket, and Marguerite Plante of Jamestown; and four grandchildren, Meghan, Jessica, Ray and Ana. She was also the mother of the late Andre Crepeau. and sister of the late Gerard, Andre, George, and Mary-Ann Daignault, and Geralda McGee.
Visiting hours will be held Tuesday 5-7 PM at the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10:00 AM in St. Charles Church, North Main St. Woonsocket. Burial will be private.
