PERRY, CLIFFORD JAY, 48, of Louisville passed away March 3, 2012 at U of L Hospital.
He was a member of River Life Church.
Mr. Perry is survived by his parents, James and Thelma Perry; son, Scotty Perry (April) and foster son, Alex Dozier; grandchildren, Jackson and Noah Perry; and brothers, Roger and Robert Perry.
Funeral service is 6 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial will take place 1p.m. (Louisville time) Wednesday in New Hope Cemetery, Westmoreland, TN. Visitation is noon-6 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
