Mr. Victor Dentamaro, 95 of Medford died on Friday in the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford. He was the beloved husband of the late Angelina “Ann” (Oliviero) Dentamaro.
Born in Boston, son of the late Anthony and Margaret (Donadio) Dentamaro, he attended local schools and continued his education with college courses. He was a quiet man who enjoyed the company of his family. He was an avid sports fan and would regularly watch his favorite teams on television. In earlier years he worked as a mattress maker for more than 30 years. Later he was the owner and proprietor of the former Vic and son Grocery Store in Medford. He is survived by a son Anthony Dentamaro and his companion Deborah Kelsey of Somerville, a daughter, Patricia Nugent of Medford and her late husband Tom. Brother of Jeannette Peavey of OH. and the late Mamie Sullo. funeral service will be celebrated in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home 306 Main Street Medford on Monday at 10:30 am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8 pm. Services will conclude with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
