In Raynham, February 29, 2012, Doris Stanley, age 89 passed away following a period of failing health. Doris was born in Milton, the daughter of the late Jabez & Helena (Loud) Marchant. She has resided in Raynham and Norton for the past 49 years. Doris worked at Wheaton College as a clerical worker until her retirement. She is survived by her four children; John Stanley & his wife Mary Ann of Deerfield, NH, Lewis Stanley of Piny Flats, TN, Loretta Hamilton of Taunton and George Stanley & his wife Mary Jane of Raynham. Doris also leaves her seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren. A funeral home service will be held on Weds., March 7th in the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton Ma. 02780 at 11am. Visiting hours will be prior to the service from 10-11am. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
