WORCESTER-Thomas M. Levasseur, 40, of 1 Knowles Road died Sunday, April 4th in St. Vincent Hospital. He leaves his wife of 15 years Jane M. (Healy) Levasseur, his mother Claire R. (Goguen) Lavoie of Gardner, his father Richard L. and his wife Suzanne (Padgett) Levasseur of Leominster, a brother Mark E. and his wife Chooch Levasseur of Leominster, 3 sisters Weez wife of Mitch Colburn of Charlmont, Christine wife of John St. George of Brookline, NH and Lisa wife of Gary Coleman of Gardner. He was a loving and devoted uncle to 4 nephews and 10 nieces.
He was born in Gardner and was a 1981 graduate of Gardner High School and a 1984 graduate of Wachusett Community College. He was currently enrolled in the Bachelors Program at Franklin Institute of Technology. Mr. Levasseur was a certified L1 technician and had been employed by Agbar Industries for the past 3 years. Previously he had been an instructor at Franklin Institute of Technology in Boston. He was a member of Blessed Sacrament Parish, the Museum of Transportation in Brookline, and was an ASE Certified Mechanic.
The funeral is Wednesday, April 7th from O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant Street. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Tuesday, April 6th from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
