FALL RIVER …Edith Dorothy (Ramunno) Stockus, 93, of Fall River, passed away at Catholic Memorial Home on February 21, 2012.
She was born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Frank and Emilia (Chelis)Ramunno and had been a lifelong resident of the city.
She was the spouse of the late Anthony Stockus. She was a member of I.L.G.W.U. She enjoyed doing needlepoint, sewing, crocheting and reading. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Mary Ramunno, Mario Ramunno, Raymond Ramunno, Bruno Ramunno, Fausto Ramunno, Henry Ramunno, Arlene Ramunno. Services to which relatives and friends are invited to will be held Friday February 24, 2012 at 7:00pm at SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME 1555 Pleasant Street Fall River, MA. Calling hours will be from 5-7pm. Internment services will be private.
