Harriet A. (Brandt) Schoenbaechler 76 passed away Sunday February 19, 2012 after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her mother and stepfather Katherine and Louis “Bud” Sahner, sister Shirley Epperson and infant sister Darlene. Harriet was a talented vocalist and enjoyed singing in choir’s and at weddings for many years. She was a founding member of St. Polycarp Catholic Church and had many cherished friends as part of that parish family. Her greatest joys in life were her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she showered with gifts, homemade pies and immeasurable love. She leaves behind her husband of 59 years Arthur “Bill” Schoenbaechler, two sisters Sandy (Franklin) Jefferies and Margaret “Tootie” Gray. Three daughters Phyllis (Steve) Cain, Paulette (Rick) Roberson, Pamela (David) Cain, son Scott (Tamara) Schoenbaechler. Grandchildren Pamela Cain,Alex Cain,Craig Roberson, Eric Roberson, Jillian Roberson, Jordan Cain, Brendan Smith, Tyler Schoenbachler and Nick Schoenbaechler. Great grandchildren Jailynn Profumo, Braedon Cain, Bryce Smith, Laila Brooks,Eli Brooks and William Cain.Her funeral mass will be Thursday 11 am at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church 5431 Johnsontown Road. Burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Visitation; 2pm to 8pm on Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Expressions may be made to the Juvenile Diabietes Research Foundation
