Worcester—Edna A. (Beckman) Sundin, 86, died Friday, April 2, 2004, at Autumn Village Nursing Home. She leaves her husband of 57 years, Carl P. Sundin; a son, Norman Sundin of Tampa, FL; 2 grandchildren, Shawna L. and Todd M. Sundin and 2 great-grandchildren, Callia Sundin and Amberly Fetters, all of Florida; a sister, Linnea Beckman of Worcester; and several nephews and nieces. A brother, Rudolph Beckman, and a sister, Lillian Larson, predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of William and Anna (Sjoblom) Beckman. She graduated from Commerce High School. She worked and retired from Saint Vincent Hospital. She was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening, photography, and homemaking.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 6, at 11:00 a.m. in NORDGREN MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 300 Lincoln St. Burial will be in All Faiths Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday, April 5, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Endowment Fund of Trinity Lutheran Church, 73 Lancaster St., Worcester, MA 01609.
