Worcester – Theresa I. (LaBuff) Hope, 85, of Worcester died on Monday, February 20th in Saint Vincent Hospital after a short illness.
Her husband William J. Hope Jr. died in 1987. She is survived by a son John W. Hope of Worcester; a sister Rita Schiller of Jacksonville, FL; 4 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Theresa was born in Worcester and lived here all of her life and is predeceased by a son Wayne J. Hope.
Mrs. Hope worked as a machine operator at the Robinson Thread Company for many years and enjoyed trips to the beach as well as reading and watching her favorite television shows.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 23 at 12:30 PM in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is directing arrangements.
