Teresa A. (Endyke) Sidney a Salem, NH resident since 1961 and formerly of Lawrence, MA died Thursday night at the Lawrence General Hospital, she was 69 years old.
She was born raised and educated in Lawrence and attended St. Patrick’s grammar School and graduated from St. Patrick’s High School. Mrs. Sidney worked for many years as a Math and Science teacher at the Greater Lawrence Regional Vocational Technical High School. She received her degree in chemistry from Emmanuel College in Boston. She had also worked at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen in the admitting department, she volunteered at Salemhaven Nursing Home, and She was a wonderful mother, grandmother and friend to many. She also enjoyed shopping and eating with her friends.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE:
2 daughters, Carole Hoerner and her husband Jeff of Manchester, NH Linda Cardoza and her husband Charles of Merrimac, MA
1 son, Robert A. Sidney and his wife Laurie of Salem, NH
1 brother, Edward Endyke of Haverhill, MA
She was also the mother of the late Barbara Karp who died in 2001 and is survived by her husband Gary Karp of Holderness, NH
9 grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to a funeral Mass on Monday at 10:00am at St. Joseph Church in Salem followed by burial in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 3-7pm at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home 214 Main Street in Salem, NH
