MANGIACOTTI Mary F. (Murphy) age 80, died peacefully at Mary Ann Morse Nursing Center, in Natick on Feb. 15, 2012. Wife of the late Joseph. They resided for many years in Norwood. Daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (McCarthy) Murphy, both born in Ireland. Mary was born in Boston and grew up in Mission Hill and later Jamaica Plain. She is survived by many cousins and by her husbands many cousins, nieces and nephews. Mary graduated from Regis College in Weston and worked for many years at Blue Cross/Blue Shield. She was a loving and caring person who was a Eucharistic Minister for St. Catherine’s of Norwood and later for St. Patrick’s Church also for the Leonard Morse Hospital in Natick. Donations may be made in Mary’s memory to the Mary Ann Morse Nursing and Rehabilitation Employee Fund, 45 Union St. Natick, Ma. 01760. All of the staff at this center were very caring and compassionate. A graveside service will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, West Roxbury on Friday Feb. 24th. at 12 o’clock. Relatives and friends invited.
