Loving mother of Joseph Doherty and his wife Lori of Boston, Christine Smith of Plymouth, Paul James Doherty and his wife Michele Boutin of Merrimack, NH, Margaret Morrison and her husband R. Steve of Plymouth, James Doherty and his wife Kathy of Marshfield and Philip Doherty and his wife Kym of Marshfield. Dear grandmother to Steven, Jeffery, Perry, Colin, Meave, Trevor, Kevin, Kelsy, Austin, Shane, Brianna and Cassidy. Dear sister of Patricia Zietler of Bristol, RI and Ronald Sullivan. Daughter of the late James Sullivan and Evelyn (Fitzgerald) Sullivan. Evelyn worked as a legal advocate for the Federation for Children.
Visiting hours will be held in the MacDonald Funeral Home 1755 Ocean St Rte 139 Marshfield on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 4 to 8 p.m.
Funeral from the funeral home on Friday, February 17 at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Christine’s Church 1295 Main St, Marshfield at 11:00 a.m. Interment will in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
