William (Bill) Thomas Hunt, 78, of Clarksdale, MS, died on Monday, February 6, 2012 at the Veterans Home in Oxford, MS. He was born on April 28, 1933 in Montgomery County, TN to the late William Finus Hunt and Sadie Augusta Sheppard Hunt. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Sally Hunt Williams.
Graveside service will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012 at 11 AM at Greenwood Cemetery with full military honors with Deacon Dominick Azzara officiating.
Bill was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was also a CPCU Insurance Agent with Bob Bobo Insurance Agency.
He is survived by three daughters, Jill Hunt Borgognoni of Columbus, MS, Katherine Leigh Hunt of Clarksdale, MS, and Shannon Hunt Sullivan of Grenada, MS; a brother, Joseph Francis Hunt of Mt. Juliet, TN; three sisters, Augusta Hunt Fabrizi, Judith Hunt Pryor, and Janet Hunt Massey all of Clarksville, TN; and three grandchildren, Summer Graham, Cal Sullivan, and Cassie Sullivan.
