Laura F. (Cross) Sorel, 101, of West Brookfield and formerly of Worcester, died on Saturday, February 4th in Quaboag on the Common Nursing Home.
Her husband of 69 years Oscar Sorel died in 2002. Mrs. Sorel was born in Worcester, daughter of the late John F. and Marie L. (Donais) Cross and is survived by many nephews and nieces.
Laura worked for over 30 years as an office manager at the former Denholm and McKay in Worcester and was a member of the former Saint Charles Borromeo Church.
A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 7th at 10 am in Blessed Sacrament Church 555 Pleasant Street Worcester with burial to follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Worcester. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond Street Worcester is directing arrangements.
