Elena Carpinella, of Medford died peacefully at the Guardian Center in Brockton. She was 82.
Elena was born and raised in Boston, the daughter of the late Charles and the late Teresa (Martinelli) Carpinella. A teacher for many years before her retirement, Elena was a devout parishioner at St. Clement Church. She is predeceased by her sister, Lorraine Mastromarino.
Family and friends may call at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday February 7th at 9 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial offered in St. Clement Church at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
