Roger Howard Saunders 92 passed away Monday January 30, 2012 at Signature South. A native of Glasgow, he retired from Seagram’s, an Army veteran of WWII and a member of the Church of Christ. He is preceded in death by his daughter in-law; Catherine. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Virgie Kate, a son; Terry Saunders and daughters; Paula Harper (Donald) and Vicki Forsha (Mickey). Four grandchildren; Don Paul, Aaron, Rick, Nicole, one step-grandson; Scotty and Six great-grandchildren. His funeral service will be Friday 1 at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation 1pm to 8pm Thursday.
