Methuen, MA – Vivian (Christian) Holt, 90 died Thursday January 26, 2012 at the Methuen Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Holt was born November 11, 1921 in Lawrence, MA the daughter of Alfred and Lillian (Creeley) Christian.
She was a graduate of Saint Mary’s High School in Lawrence and after education she graduated from McIntosh Business School.
For 65 years she had been an active participant of the City of Methuen.
For many years before retiring Vivian had been employed as a secretary with the former Lucent Technologies of North Andover.
With her late husband John she enjoyed bowling and dancing.
Vivian liked to read and enjoyed the challenge of a crossword puzzle.
Besides her late husband John Vivian is survived by one sister Charlotte Berndtson of Salem, NH, one niece Joyce Feole also Salem, NH, nephews Robert Berndtson of Palm Coast, Florida, Paul Berndtson of Casselberry, Florida, and Brian Berndtson of Methuen, MA.
At Vivians request there will be no calling hours and all funeral services will be private.
