Phyllis Mary Grundy, age 86, of St. Augustine, died March 24, 2004 at Flagler Hospital in Florida. She was a native and lifelong resident of Ledyard, Connecticut where she worked as a seamstress and had been a seasonal resident of St. Augustine, Florida for the past 15 years.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Donald Grundy of St. Augustine; sons, Donald Grundy of St. Augusting, David Grundy of St. Augustine; daughters Connie Anderson of Jacksonville, FL; Beverly Worth of St. Augustine, FL; sisters, Amy Eichelburg of Ledyard, CT, Elsie Peebles of Charleston, DC and Barbara Crouch of Ledyard, CT; 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at Ledyard Assembly of God Church, Colonel Ledyard Hwy, Ledyard on Tuesday at 11am. The family will greet relatives and friends at the church from 10-11am. Burial will be in Quakertown Cemetery.
