BOATRIGHT - Susie Boatright, 86, passed away Wednesday morning, January 25, 2012 at her Nassauville residence. She was born August 19, 1935 in Alma, GA and moved to the Fernandina Beach area 50 years ago from Tampa, FL.
She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church in Kingsland, GA.
Mrs. Boatright was predeceased by her husband, Cloney P. Boatright.
Survivors include one son, Johnny P. Boatright (Cynthia); seven daughters, Delia Mae Duke (Charles), Dorothy Bruce (Jimmy), Beatrice Richards, Juanita Duke (Phil), Wanda Loucks (Don), Freida Crews and Joann Rowland (Bruce); 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren; several cousins; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, January 30, in the Stephens Chapel at Green Pine Funeral Home with Pastor Neal Blizzard officiating. Interment will follow in Green Pine Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
