Helena (Flores) Costa, age 84 of Somerset passed away January 23, 2012. She was the wife of Gil Costa and daughter of the late Manuel and Clara (Perry) Flores. Helena worked as an automobile salesperson at C & B Auto Sales of Westport and previously was a machine operator at Stylerite Mfg. She was a parishioner of St. Thomas More Church.
Mrs. Costa was mother of Colleen Raphael of Somerset, Paula Clark of Swansea and Marlys Medeiros of Somerset. She was sister of Vivian Alfonso and Terry Frates of Swansea, Lorraine Nascimento of Somerset and the late Lionel Flores and Mariann DeCambra. She was grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 7 and an aunt of several nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will take place in St. Thomas More Church, Luther Ave., Somerset FRIDAY at 9:00 A.M. with entombment in Notre Dame Cemetery Mausoleum. Arrangements are under the direction of the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St., Fall River. Please omit flowers.
