Survived by children Claudia Zelazny (Tony), Thomas Payne, Michael Payne (Judy), John Payne, Julie Shappell (Glenn), Lynette Rohde (Jerry) and Kenneth Jr. (Jeannine); 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; brothers Jack Engler and Peter Engler (Judy) and other relatives & friends. Service Tuesday 12:30 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul with visitation from 11:00 AM until the service. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
