Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Monday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church, Parish Center, at 9 am. Burial in Calvary Cemetery. Obituary Information
Nancy died Wednesday at the Caritas Good Samaritan Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born in Brockton, daughter of Mae (Jacobsen) Griswald and the late Donald Griswald. She had been a life long resident of Brockton and attended Brockton schools. At the time of her death she was employed as an accounts clerk at the Brockton Hospital. She enjoyed outdoor activities, summer vacations in Falmouth and also enjoyed traveling. She was a Pastoral Care Volunteer at the Brockton Hospital, and a Communicant, Eucharist Minister and CCD Teacher at St. Margaret Church.
She is survived by her husband Robert J. Barry, 3 sons, Robert J. Barry III, Richard F. Barry and Shawn M. Barry all of Brockton, a granddaughter Kayla, her mother Mae Griswald of Brockton, a brother, Richard Griswald, of Brockton, seven sisters, JoAnne Sylva of Brockton, Paulette Murphy of Florida, Wilma Dorman of Sandwich, Karen Griswald of Brockton, Mary Ann Santos of Brockton, Patricia Moore of N. Attleboro and Robin Loftus of Easton.
She was the sister of the late Donald J. Griswald
