Devoted father of Damali Vidot and her husband Tony Rose and melissa DeJesus and her husband Troy Arnold, Sr. all of Chelsea. Brother of Elsa DeJesus who was also his caregiver of Dorchester, Santo DeJesus of Jamaica Plain, Jose Antonio DeJesus, Miguel DeJesus, Carmen DeJesus and Jose M. DeJesus all of Dorchester. Cherished grandfather of Troy Arnold, Jr and Nina Rosa. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend a Funeral Service in the Smith Funeral Home, 125 Washington Avenue, Chelsea on Monday, January 23rd at 9 AM. Visiting Hours in the Smith Funeral Home on Sunday from 4-8 PM. Services will conclude with interment at Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester. Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico 54 years ago, Teofilo passed away at the Everett Nursing and Rehab after a 17 year battle with Huntington's Disease. He worked first at Superior Distributors on Maple Street here in Chelsea and then for 15 years in the maintenance department at Boston Medical Center until his illness forced him to retire.
