Manchester– Edward J. Mulcahy Jr., 58, died January 12, 2012 at his home following a brief illness.
He was born in Arlington, MA. on September 21, 1953 the son of Edward J. and Claire (Field) Mulcahy Sr.
He was a graduate of Arlington MA. High School.
He was a self employed construction contractor in Manchester NH.
He enjoyed going to dog and horse races with his family and friends.
Family members include his father, Edward J. Mulcahy Sr. of Manchester, 2 daughters; Michelle Mulcahy of Westerly, RI., Danielle Mulcahy of Waltham, MA., 3 sisters; Denise Wyse and her husband, Russell of Winchester, MA., Mary Lou Martin and her husband Edward of Arlington, MA., Jennifer Cheetham and her husband Greg of Lake Oswego, OR., and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will take place on Friday January 20, 2012 from 9:30 to 11:00 AM at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St. Manchester, NH. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM in the funeral home.
Burial will be at a later date in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington, MA.
