Robert E. "Bobby" Belyea Jr., a lifelong resident of Charlestown, died suddenly in his home in Charlestown on Friday, January 13, 2012. He was 44 years old.
Bobby was born in Everett on March 29, 1967 to Phyllis M. "Chickie" (Hazelton) Belyea and Robert E. Belyea. Bobby grew up in Charlestown where he attended the Boston Public School system and graduated from Charlestown High School.
Bobby is the beloved son of Phyllis M. "Chickie" (Hazelton) Belyea of Charlestown and Robert E. Belyea. He is the devoted brother of Paula Belyea of Charlestown, Carol Belyea of Charlestown and Sharon Belyea of Charlestown. He is the loving uncle of 3 nieces, 4 nephews and 1 great-niece. He is the beloved grandson of the late Ethel and Charles Hazelton.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bobby's Funeral on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 9 a.m. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown at 10 a.m. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be on Friday, January 20, 2012 in the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m.
