Thomas E. Haggerty 65, loving husband of Cheryl (Avery) Haggerty died suddenly, at his home in Timonium,MD on January 3, 2012. Born in Taunton, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy (Menice) Haggerty. Educated in Taunton schools, he was a graduate of Taunton High School. He was a veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam. A meat cutter by trade he worked for the Wegman grocery chain for 41 years. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and the Baltimore Ravens. He was the father of Thomas Haggerty, Tammy LeValley, and the late Vincent Haggerty, also Lisa Pullen and her husband Lester, Christina Link and her husband Michael and Susan Polisseni and her husband Anthony. He was the cherished grandfather of eleven grandchildren. He was the brother of John Haggerty and his wife Anne, Eileen Haggerty and Jane Haggerty. He also leaves several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Riva Trace Baptist Church in Davidsonville, MD on January 7th.
