Anthony “Tony” Saia, 76 of Stoneham, died Friday after a brief illness.
Born in Italy, he lived in Stoneham for the past 35 years and was the son of the late Vincenza (Barbarino) and Francesco Saia.
Anthony was the Proprietor of Tony's Imported Tile in Stoneham.
Beloved husband of the late Stella (Passanisi) Saia. Devoted father of Frank Saia and his wife Josephine of Wakefield, Nancy Vigorito and her husband Salvatore of Stoneham, Anthony Saia Jr. and his wife Tina of Wakefield. Also survived by 7 loving grandchildren. Companion of Mariella Albano.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St., Stoneham, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
