Of Brockton Jan 13th, Cesar Mota (40) died unexpectedly.
Cesar was born in Rio Pouro, Sao Tome, Africa Son of Mario Pires of Dorchester and the late Joana Carlota Mota both of Cape Verdean descent.
Mr. Pires was a resident of Brockton the past 8 years coming from Cabo Verde Island. He was an accomplished barber working for Millenio’s salon in Brockton. He enjoyed music and soccer especially rooting for the Benefica team.
In addition to his Father he is survived by 3 Brothers Fernando Costa of Cape Verde, Jose Mota and Carlos Pires both of Dorchester, 2 Sister Maria Mota Pires and Albertina Mota Pires both of Cape Verde. Many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services from the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court St Brockton Saturday Jan 21st at 8 am followed by a Creole Mass in St. Edith Stein Church Brockton at 9 am.
