Mrs. Eileen (Menard) Caesar, 92, of Lawrence passed away peacefully on Friday, January 13th, 2012 at the Mary Immaculate Restorative Nursing Center in Lawrence surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 13th, 1919 in Lawrence to the late Elphege "Pete" and Mary (Regan) Menard. Eileen grew up on Tower Hill in Lawrence and she was educated in Saint Augustine's Grammar School. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School in 1938 and had further schooling at Essex Agricultural School from 1938-39. In Eileen's younger years she was a devout member of Saint Augustine's Church in Lawrence, MA. She worked as a mender for the Pacific Mills in Lawrence from 1939 to 1951 then she moved to Dracut with her husband and raised her three sons. This is where she attended Saint Francis Church. She later moved to Salem, New Hampshire where she was an attendant of Mary Queen of Peace Church. Eileen then worked in the 1970's for ITT as an assembler.
She was a member of the Lawrence Ladies Elks Lodge, was past president and official Piano Player for the group. She was a member of the Salem Boosters Club in 1970-73. Eileen enjoyed traveling, retirement, playing the piano, and she especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Wife of the late Mr. John P. Caesar to whom she was married for 59 years, who passed away in 2004.
She is survived by her sons:
John P. Caesar and his wife Christie of Lancaster, MA
Peter M. Caesar and his wife Margaret of Newburyport, MA.
Mark D. Caesar and his wife Kathryn of Littleton, MA.
Five Grandchildren: Adrienne, Sean, Nicholas, Benjamin, and Daniel.
Sister to the late: Vincent P. Menard who passed in 1992.

Her funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, January 16th, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. in Saints Mary and Joseph Parish, Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH. Burial will be private.
