M. Rosa DiMascio, 96 of Medford, died Thursday after a long illness in the Courtyard Nursing Care Center, Medford, MA.
Born in Italy she lived Medford and formerly of the North End of Boston and Somerville. She was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Filomena Susi.
She was a Stitcher for many years in the Boston Garment District and retired 30 years ago.
Beloved wife of the late Romeo R. DiMascio. Devoted mother of Concetta Pietrolungo of Medford, and the late Orlando DiMascio and Nancy LaVita. Mother in law of Ida DiMascio of Medford. Also survived by 7 loving grandchildren, 4 loving great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Tuesday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, at 9 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8.
Services will conclude with entombment at Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
