Christopher E. Chapman, age 35, passed away after a long illness on January 7, 2012. Chris was the beloved son of Elizabeth Medeiros and her husband Dave of Avon and Bruce Chapman of FL formerly of Rockland, the brother of Michael Medeiros of Providence, RI, Christy Medeiros of Easton and Kimberly Medeiros of Stoughton and the grandson of Jean Tantillo of Weymouth and Anthony Cosenza of Roslindale. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins and 2 nieces.
Christopher served his country in the Air Force serving in Saudi Arabia.
Visiting will be at the C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home, 134 Pleasant St. (Columbian Sq.) S. Weymouth on Thursday January 12 from 3:30 to 6:30 PM immediately followed by the Funeral Service at the Funeral Home at 6:30 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Chris’s memory to the American Diabetes Association 330 Congress St. 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02110.
