Elmer E. Link, 75, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, March 21, 2004, at his home.
Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bobby Stone officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 Monday evening.
Mr. Link was born August 2, 1928, in Detroit, Michigan. He was a retired truck driver and former employee of Coachman Industries in Indiana and Georgia. An avid fisherman, he was a member of the Bass Masters. Mr. Link was a member of the Moose Lodge.
Mr. Link is survived by his mother-in-law: Charlotte Corey, Athens, MI; two daughters: Rhonda Woodruff, Tifton, Georgia and Rita Caton, Ocilla, Georgia; one son: Larry Link, Fitzgerald; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. One daughter, Ruth Link, and one son, Edward Charles Link, preceded him in death.
