Judith Jamerson Surface, age 65 of Antioch, TN passed away Tuesday December 27, 2011.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 29, 2011 with accepting family and friends starting at 11am at Ellis Funeral Home Chapel.
Ms. Surface is survived by four children, Antony Surface, Timmothy Surface, Cheryleen Surface, and Kim Moran: eleven grandchildren Andrew Smith II, Amy Smith, Meagan Surface, James "T" Surface, Christopher Surface, J.C. Dudly, Jackie Moran, Jessica Johnson, Kaycee Johnson, Chase Surface, and Destannie Surface; nine great-grandchildren Maliayah Smith, Andrew Smith III, Owen Smith Odyseous La Rusch, Mya La Rusch, Emmitt La Rusch, Mason Branford, Noah Branford, and Leigham Moran.
