Franklin-----Francis “Frank” Pirkle, 59, of 142 New Boston Road, died at the Laconia Rehabilitation Center – Genesis Center, on Wednesday, December 21, 2011.
Mr. Pirkle was born November 29, 1952 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Flavis and Dolores (Walkowski) Pirkle. He had been a resident of Laconia, then Franklin twenty-two years ago. He had been employed at Allen- Rogers Corp. in Laconia and Freudenberg-NOK in Bristol. Frank was a painter, a woodworking artist and made rustic furniture.
In addition to his parents of Leesburg, Florida, survivors include his wife, Martha (Burgess) Pirkle of Franklin; two daughters, Leah Schoolcraft and her husband, Jimmy, and Rebecca Pirkle, all of Indiana; five grandchildren; a sister, Leanda Grogan and her husband, Eddie, and a niece, Marushka, all of Indiana.
There will be no calling hours.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Calvary Independent Baptist Church, 128 School Street, Tilton on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 7:00PM. Refreshments will follow.
