New Bedford - Raimundo Delgado passed away to eternal life at Brigham and Womens Hospital in Boston on December 23, 2011. He was the loved husband of Meralie L. Delgado of New bedford, loved father of Andrew Delgado of New Bedford, Loved brother Grace Delgado, John Delgado husband of Fatima, Joseph Delgado husband of Isabel,and Marylou Delgado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Raimundo was the son of the late Maria daLuz (Jacome) Carreiro and Manuel R.C. Delgado. He was Born in São Miguel, Açores. He was a teacher at New Bedford High School
Family and friends are invited to meet directly at St. Julie Billiart Church for a Catholic High Mass at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday December 27. Mr Delgado’s and the families wishes are that Visiting hours and his burial will be private .
