Mahoney, Francis Edward, age 68, of Brockton, December 22, 2011, after a long illness. Born March 30, 1943 in Cambridge, MA. Son of the late Edward “Ned” and Angela Mahoney. Frank attended Cambridge Schools. Frank was a man of much kindness and much humor. A veteran of the US Army, Frank retired as a Pharmacy Technician at the Brockton VA Hospital. Frank is survived by two sons, Daniel and James, sister Joan Cunningham, brother-in-law John Cunningham, his nephews John P. and Patrick and his wife Sue and their daughters Mackenzie and Alexandra Cunningham, and his niece the late Susan Cunningham, and by his former wife Louise Mahoney, and the Morrison and Jackson Family and his VA family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in the Chapel at the Brockton VA Hospital, Building 24 on Wednesday December 28, at 10:00 AM.
Followed by burial with Military Honors at the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:30 PM.
