Richard L. Hedin, 78, a resident of Lawrence, MA, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House in Haverhill, MA.
Born in Lawrence, Richard was educated in the Lawrence Schools and was a graduate of Lawrence High School, Class of 1953. Richard had worked for the former Stuart's Department Store before retiring. Prior to that he had worked for Stride Rite Shoe Company in Lawrence.
The son of the late Henrik and Christine (MacDonald) Hedin, members of Richard's family include:
his nephew: Leonard Sheehan of Lawrence, MA.
He was predeceased by his siblings: Patricia Sheehan and Robert Hedin.
