Beloved son of Jean (Costello) Held and the late Carl A. Held, Jr. Dear grandfather of Riley Peloquin and Alivia Berrio, Dear brother of Debbie Moffett of Quincy, Carlene Vitello of Marshfield, Heidi Held of Brockton, and Scott Held of Marshfield.
Carl was born in Marshfield. He graduated from Marshfield High School. He was a lobsterman. Carl served in the US Coast Guard.
Private family services were held at the MacDonald Funeral Home, Marshfield.
