Shirley Ann Wilson Pritchard, 54, of Douglas, GA passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness. Ms. Pritchard was born on August 25, 1957 to the late Tom and Estelle Hersey Wilson in Douglas, GA. She was retired from Meek’s Jackets where she had worked as a seamstress and she was a member of Church of God of Prophecy by Faith.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home with burial following in the Roxie Mae Cemetery.
Survivors include: daughter: Tonya Diane Thomas (Michael), Douglas, GA; son: Johnny Deen (Julie Brigmond), Douglas, GA; sisters: Margie Harrell, Pearson, GA and Dorlis Carter (James), West Green, GA; brothers: Carlos Wilson, Douglas, GA, Darrell Wilson (Norma) and Steve Wilson (Carolyn) both of Waycross, GA, Earl Wilson (Rhonda), Brunswick, GA; grandchildren: Mercedes Thomas and Lexus Thomas; special friend: Wayne Carter, Douglas, GA; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 11, 2011 from 6:00 p. m. to 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
