
June M. (Kable) Polito, 52, of Bridgewater, died December 7th after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved wife of 26 years to William Polito.
June was born and brought up in Taunton, daughter of Thelma (Mocker) Kable of Taunton and the late Frederick Kable.
She was a graduate of Taunton High School Class of 1977.
June was an administrative assistant for the JP Noonan Company in West Bridgewater for over 8 years and was a communicant of the St. Bridget Church in Abington.
She was a resident of Braintree for 7 years until moving to Bridgewater 11 years ago.
June was an avid reader and enjoyed spending quiet evenings with her husband watching TV. She also enjoyed their many trips to the North End for dinner. June was the most unselfish person with a heart of gold and couldn’t do enough for people
She will be greatly missed by her husband and all that knew her and loved her.
In addition to her husband William and her mother Thelma, she is survived by her sister Cheryl Lake of Waltham, her father and mother in-law William and Nancy Polito of Cohasset, many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held on Wednesday December 14th at 8:15AM from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (RT58 at the Rotary) Whitman, MA, followed by a funeral mass at 9:00AM in the St. Bridget Church, Abington, MA. Interment will be in the St Patrick’s Cemetery, Rockland, MA. Visitation will be on Tuesday December 13th from 4:00-8:00PM.
