Vonice Stone Perry, 84, of Douglas, GA passed away Wednesday, December 07, 2011 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.
Mrs. Perry was born November 09, 1927 to Edwin and Minnie Stone in Douglas, GA. She was a retired secretary for Sims Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 09, 2011 at 4:00 pm. at the 1st Congregational Christian Church.
Survivors include: One son Wayne Perry (Pam) of Douglas, Georgia; 3 sisters Frances Carver (Grady) of Douglas; Tommie Vivian Stone of Douglas; Helen Smith of Pacific Grove, California; 2 brothers Jimmy Stone of Douglas and Joel Stone (Mary) of Dublin GA; 3 Grandchildren Sandy Dixon (Mark), Tammy Merson (Shane), and Kayla Perry. Also, 5 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milledge Perry and a sister Sue Stone and brother George Stone.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 08, 2011 from 6:00 till 9:00 p.m. at Sims Funeral Home. Sims Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
