Henry A. “Hank” Davis, 66, of Derry, NH died Thursday, December 8, 2011 at his home following a lengthy illness. He was born on September 12, 1945 in Nashua, NH a son of the late John W. and Cecile (Levesque) Davis. He was a resident of Derry since 1984, formerly living in Nashua. Hank proudly served his country in the US Army. He was employed as a radiator mechanic for Dave’s Auto for several years. He enjoyed fishing and going to the NH State Fairs, especially the Deerfield Fair.
He is survived by his wife Paulette L. (Dion) Davis of Derry, three children, Jean Claude Paris of Derry, Michelle Lee Dion of Derry, Dennis Henry Davis of Allenstown, NH, nine grandchildren, Crystal, Keith, Brittney, Cynthia, Corey, Samatha, Jessica, Adam and Jack, three great grandchildren, Henry, Luis and Deasha, five brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours were held on Sunday December 11, 2011 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch Derry. A funeral service was held Monday at 11:00am in the funeral home. The burial followed at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
