FALL RIVER… Robert E. Demers, LPN, 56, of Fall River, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, December 4, 2011.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of Blanche (Senay) Demers of Fall River and the late Edward H. Demers.
Mr. Demers was an avid Celtics and Patriots fan and was known to be a chemistry enthusiast. He was a 1973 graduate of Somerset High School.
Along with his mother, survivors include a brother: Frederick Demers of Fall River, a sister: Victoria (Demers) Pacheco and husband Joseph of Westport, nieces and nephews: Jason Demers, Jennifer Amaral, Joseph Pacheco, and Heather Pacheco, former sister-in-law: Claire Demers of Seekonk, several great nieces and nephews. He was the brother-in-law of the late Jacqueline Demers, and uncle of the late Kyle and Lauren Demers.
Services are private. Arrangements are under the direction of SOUTH COAST FUNERAL HOME, 1555 Pleasant St. Fall River.
