Gail (Platt) Medeiros, 63, of Westport died unexpectedly, Monday, December 5, 2011 at home. She was the wife of William Medeiros, Sr.
Born in Fall River, she was daughter of Dorothy A. (Manchester) Lewis and her husband Paul of Westport and the late Albert R. Platt. Mrs. Medeiros loved shopping and spending time with her family, but most of all, she loved her children and grandchildren.
Including her husband and mother, survivors include 2 sons: William Medeiros, Jr. and his wife Deanna of Westport and Scott Medeiros of Westport; a daughter: Kelly Soares and her husband Richard of Swansea; a brother: Mark W. Platt of Westport; a sister: Linda M. Vautrin and her husband Norman of Westport; 3 grandchildren: William, Alissa and Marissa; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, December 9, 2011 at the Potter Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Thursday 5 – 8 P.M.
Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport.
