Ronald Lee Hebner, "Herbie" "Unka Ron", 64, of Nolin Lake, formally of Louisville, received his wings on Dec. 4, 2011.
Ronnie was born May 25, 1947. He graduated from Valley High School '65' and was an Army veteran.
Ronnie worked for Ford Motor Co. (KTP) for 36.5 years. The job he cherished most was being a Benefit Rep for his Brothers and Sisters of the UAW. Ronnie loved helping others.
He was preceded in death by his mother Dottie Hebner and his father Leo Hebner.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Sheila (Bingham) Hebner and his wonderful daughter Erin Hebner; brothers Billy Sr. and John Hebner; special sister Delores Bramer (Dickie); brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ernie and Patti Bingham; many nieces and nephews; his beloved dog Mo, and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be 11am Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday 12-8 and after 9am Thursday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Hosparus of Central Ky or Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
