In Taunton, December 2, 2011 Mary J. DiGiovine, age 84 passed away in Morton Hospital following a brief illness. Mary is survived by her husband Daniel DiGiovine Sr. of Raynham formerly of Brockton. She was born in Jamaica Plain to her late parents James & Bella Fabiano. Mary has resided in Brockton since 1966 and Taunton the last two years. She enjoyed volunteering at Brockton Hospital, playing bingo, taking day trips to the casino. Mary also has a love for all animals and above all cherished her time with family. She is survived by her children; Cheryl Treiber of N.C.,Diane Hellwege of Taunton, Daniel DiGiovine Jr. of Brockton, Steven DiGiovine of Marshfield. Her siblings; Richard Fabiano of Howland, ME., and the late James Jr. and John Fabiano. Mary also leaves her five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral from the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, Ma. on Tues., Dec. 6th at 9am. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Monday from 5-8pm. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Taunton. Donations in Mary’s memory may be made to the Michael J.
