Mr. James "Jim" M. Mannion, 72, of Methuen, Massachusetts passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 1st, 2011 at the Whittier Rehabilitation and Hospital in Haverhill surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on January 1st, 1939 in Methuen, son of the late Phillip and Gladys (Petzold) Mannion.
James was educated in the Methuen Schools and was a parishioner of Saint Monica's Parish. He served in the United States Navy.
James worked as a salesman for 48 years for the Pepsi Cola Company in Haverhill, Massachusetts. James was a life member of the Rocky Club in Lawrence, he was a life member of the Ridge Runners Sports Club in Bradford, he was a girls soft ball coach and an Associate of the VFW Post 8349 in Methuen. James was an avid golfer he loved to travel to the Beach and Florida, he enjoyed fishing and ice fishing and he especially loved spending time with his family.

His deceased wife of 44 years Mrs. Jacqueline J. (Parent) Mannion.

Burial will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery.
