WORCESTER___Marie B. (Rancourt) Gilmore, 84, of 7 Egan Ave., died Saturday March 13 in Christopher House, 10 Mary Scano Drive
She leaves her husband, Paul W. Gilmore; two daughters, Beverly Minor and Carol Zimmerman both of Florida; a sister, Jeanine Beaulieu of Washington state; six grandchildren, Christine Patchen, Brenda Wood, Paul Duszak, Amanda Duszak, Kathleen Robbins and Jackie Minor; eight great-grandchildren and nephews and nieces. She was born in Leominster and has lived in Worcester for most of her life.
Mrs. Gilmore was an invisible mender and owned and operated Alger’s Invisible Mending Shop on Main Street in Worcester for many years. She retired several years ago.
The funeral service will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., is directing funeral arrangements.
