BARBARA (ELSTON) PEYTON, 78, passed away on November 26, 2011.
She was a retired employee of the Galt House.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hunter and Violet Elston; her brothers, Buddy and Maxie Elston; and her sister, June Schnellenberger.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 50 years, James W. Peyton; her sons, Jimmy Henken (Connie), Joey Henken (Becky), Ben Peyton, and Richard Peyton (Lisa); nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; her brother, Joe Elston (Colleen); sisters, Betty Franke (Ray), Virginia Rautenbusch (Pete); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 – 8 p.m. Monday.
