Dolores (Turcotte) Brissart, 77, of Saco, ME and formerly of Woonsocket, RI died peacefully Thursday, surrounded by her loving family. She was the loving wife of the late Jacques C. Brissart. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of the late Edmond and Veronica (Chabot) Turcotte.
Dolores was a graduate of the former St. Clare High School in Woonsocket and the Boston Dispensary at the New England Medical Center in Boston. She worked at the Woonsocket Hospital as a medical technician for nineteen years.
She is survived by two daughters, Elaine Brissart of Woonsocket, and Linda Walton and her husband Robert of Saco, ME, and two grandchildren; Keith and Kevin Bonneau of Clinton MA. She is also survived by a brother, Paul Turcotte of Woonsocket, and was the sister of the late Ruth Houle and Pauline Sperling.
Her funeral with visitation will be held Tuesday, at 8:30AM from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main Street, Woonsocket, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 in St. Joseph's Church, Mendon Rd, Woonsocket. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to Gosnell Memorial Hospice Home, 11 Hunnewell Road, Scarborough, ME 04074.
